Life Members of the Association are: a) individuals approved by the Board and who, while affiliated with a Corporate Member or Associate Member, have actively participated in the affairs of the Corporation for approximately ten years and during that time have served either as (i) a director or (ii) an active committee member and who, in the opinion of the Board, have made a meritorious contribution towards the advancement of the objects of the Corporation; and b) Past Chairs, provided however, that no individual is eligible to become or can be a Life Member while he or she is affiliated with a Corporate Member or an Associate Member.
