CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds of Conference Registration Fees paid, less a $100.00 CDN Administration Fee, will be granted until July 1, 2008. Cancellation must be received in writing at the Conference Secretariat Office before this date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THIS DATE. Changes/cancellations will NOT be accepted by telephone.
