ACPA 2008 is pleased to have the Hilton Saint John as our host property for this year’s conference.  Situated directly on the harbour, the Hilton Saint John is a 4½ star property located at the foot of historic King Street.  The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the Saint John Trade and Convention Centre, the venue for this year’s conference.  The Trade Centre is also accessible from the Hilton by underground pedway, and is only moments away from restaurants and shopping.

Delegates are responsible for making their own hotel reservations directly with the hotel.  A special group rate has been arranged and is available until July 14, 2008 (after this date, groups rates are based on availability).  Delegates can secure the negotiated group rate by identifying themselves as being with the Association of Canadian Port Authorities conference.

Standard        $142 plus taxes, single/double occupancy
Junior Suite   $172 plus taxes, single/double occupancy
Executive      $179 plus taxes, single or double occupancy

Check In / Check Out Times

Guests can check in to the hotel after 3:00 pm.  Guests must check out of their rooms by 12:00 noon.  Requests to retain rooms beyond 12:00 noon should be directed to the Front Desk.  Should it be possible to extend a late check out, a late departure charge may apply.
