Corporate Members (Voting)

All Canada Port Authorities (CPA) administering federal real property as an agent of the Federal Crown that shall nominate and elect representatives to the Board of Directors with the Executive Committee of the Association coming from members of this class of membership.

Associate Members (Voting)

Businesses that are non-CPA ports including harbour administrators, terminal operators and all businesses that wish to advance important issues in the port community. The dues for this class of membership are one-half of that of the Corporate Member class, as defined by the schedule of dues for that class. Associate Members may elect at least one member to the board and shall be able to elect a maximum of three members to the board based on the number of Associate Members that join. The Associate Members are full ‘voting’ members of the Association the same as Corporate Members.

Affiliate Members (Non-voting)

All private sector companies, transportation associations or government agencies with an interest in the objectives of the Association with dues of $750 per annum for members of this class.

Individual Members (Non-voting)

All those who support the objectives of the Association, but not part of any organization noted in the Affiliate class and might include academics, students, retired staff of ACPA corporate members or retired ACPA staff members. The dues shall be $100 per annum.
